As a plant Operator, it is your responsibility to ensure that the operation of the power plant is safely and efficiently carried out in accordance with Plant Safety Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures. Additional duties include; monitoring plant systems and equipment on a continuous basis, and responding to alarms and out-of-specification parameters by taking appropriate corrective action.

This position is responsible for providing technical services in the area of process controls and instrumentation for Ormat’s operating facilities including specification, installation, configuration and maintenance of process control system elements.

The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire commissioning process, ensuring that BESS installations meet operational requirements, safety standards, and performance targets. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful transition from construction to fully operational systems.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic projects team focused on the design, development, and execution of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with project managers, design engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of BESS projects from conception through commissioning. You will play a crucial role in coordinating technical activities, optimizing system designs, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
